Managed Migration Options

Changing platforms can be a tricky business so we’ve introduced two managed migration options: Standard and Enhanced.  These are applicable for WES, BES and WEES when moving to EAD.

Choose one of them and we’ll handle all the complexities of changing technologies on your behalf helping to:

• Ensure a smoother migration
• Minimise downtime and service disruption

Standard managed migration option

Available for both fibre re-use and parallel running.  It includes:

• An upfront audit
• CPE re-use
• Guaranteed rollback
• Co-op and test

We recommend the standard option if:

• You have a number of circuits in one location
• You’re keen to keep costs as low as possible, or
• You want to have guaranteed rollback options under your belt

Enhanced managed migration option

Includes everything offered by the standard option plus ‘out of hours’ migration.  

If downtime is a particular concern we highly recommend this option.
